A retro sneaker made from suede and leather. This Samba OG shoe is inspired by the original indoor soccer shoe and still knows how to inspire even after more than 70 years. The leather upper, the serrated 3-Stripes and the reinforced toe area remain completely true to the original. The heel area and suede accents provide a modern touch.

The EX89 combines the traditional influences of the 1989 GEL-EXTREME with modern cushioning properties.​ It was originally designed by Toshikazu Kayano in the late 1980s as his first design project at ASICS.
